This 7-day diet plan can be used twice a month, but I would suggest possibly only doing it thrice a quarter, at the most. As a matter of fact, if followed correctly, it will clean your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being you never thought possible. After only 7 days of this process, you will begin to feel lighter because you will be lighter by at least 10 pounds, possibly as much as 17 pounds, and you will have an abundance of energy, as well

Remember: This diet plan must only be followed for 7 days at a time, with a minimum of 2 weeks in between.

The first day:
Fruit: Eat all the fruit you want (other than bananas). Consume just your soup and the fruit for the first day. For beverages- unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water.

Day Two:.
Vegetables: Consume till you are brim with  all the fresh, raw or cooked veggies of your option. Consume all the veggies you want along with your soup.

Day Three:.
Mix Days One and 2: Eat all the soup, veggies and fruits you want. No Baked Potato.

Day Four:.
Bananas and Skim Milk: Consume 7 to 12 bananas and drink as lots of glasses of skim milk as you would such as on this day, in addition to your soup. This day is designed to minimize your desire for sweets.

Day Five
Beverage at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least when this day.

Day Six:.
Beef and Vegetables: Eat to your heart’s content of beef and vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green veggies. No Baked Potato. Eat your soup at least as soon as.

Day Seven:.
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and veggies: Again things, stuff, stuff yourself. When this day, be sure to eat your soup at least.

Day 8 and Beyond:.
The Cabbage Soup Diet is not suitable for lasting weight loss. Indeed you will lose tremendous weight this way but the lethargy that follows may hamper your regular schedule.
